Yoga & Meditation

Begin in stillness.
Move with heart.

Slow arrival. Strong vinyasa. A return to quiet. My classes bring athletic effort and devotional depth into the same practice—with the rhythm of breath, the pulse of music, and the space to be human.

Jeremy Falk wearing a wide-brimmed hat

Jeremy Falk, E-RYT 500, has practiced yoga and meditation for 20 years and taught for 13. His classes pair intelligent sequencing and athletic movement with stillness, devotion, music, and a playful spirit.

Working as a personal trainer in Los Angeles sparked a year-long backpacking journey through Europe and Asia, which ultimately led him to live in an ashram in India. There, he completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of traditional gurus in the Himalayas, followed by life-changing experiences of shakti, kundalini, and karma at the Kumbh Mela, the world’s largest spiritual pilgrimage.

For the past 13 years, he’s loved calling the Bay Area home—where he’s designed employee wellbeing programs for companies like Salesforce and Pinterest, served as Director of Wellness at Tempo Interactive, and co-founded The Brothership, a men’s community rooted in conscious leadership and authentic connection. His Morning Meditations for Daily Magic is available on Audible, and he and his wife Eliza have led retreats internationally for nine years.

In an age of disconnection and digital overwhelm, Jeremy’s mission is to help people live fully, thrive deeply, and remember what truly matters—spirit, connection, and service.

Big breath in,
big breath out.
