Structure for transformation.
Space for humanity.
For 13+ years, I've partnered with organizations to design programs that help people learn, adapt, and perform through change. My work spans organizational development, learning and enablement, employee experience, and leadership effectiveness for companies including Salesforce, Pinterest, Equinix, Dropbox, Discord, and Fitbit.
I'm strongest where strategy meets execution. I step into complex or ambiguous challenges, identify what people need to learn or do differently, and build the programs, systems, and experiences that make it possible.
As Director of Education at the Integrative Psychology Institute, I've built two professional certification pathways and operationalized a 49-credit Master's program, developing learning and delivery systems supporting 400+ learners and 30+ instructors across eight countries. I've also designed onboarding and enablement systems that reduced instructor ramp time from three weeks to two. Previously, at Tempo, I built a new wellness programming vertical from zero to one.
Through my consulting practice, I've helped teams navigate organizational change, remote work transitions, and high-pressure environments through structured learning and facilitated experiences. My work has included a 12-session program for a 100-person Salesforce organization that sustained 90% voluntary participation, as well as ongoing organizational development work with Pinterest and Equinix.
My approach combines program architecture, experiential learning, and large-group facilitation, shaped by nearly two decades of contemplative and embodied practice. I've learned that information alone rarely changes behavior. People need the right conditions to engage, experiment, practice, and integrate something new.
I bring both structure and humanity to that process, moving between the larger organizational challenge and the people in the room, always working toward a practical question:
"Are people better equipped for what comes next?"
