A team is more than its roles

What is this moment asking of your people?

AI adoption, a reorganization, rapid growth, or a new strategy can change more than the work. It can erode connection and trust, until colleagues are reduced to nothing more than titles, deadlines, and tiny little rectangles on a screen.

I begin by understanding the human and organizational problem, then design backward from what the team needs to understand, practice, or carry forward. The result is a structured, participatory experience shaped around your people—not a template.

ARISE

Arrive

Welcome people into the room.

Begin with orientation, warmth, and voluntary connection. Give people time to put down the pace of the day, understand why they are here, and notice who is in the room.

Jeremy masterfully designed a 12-session program on mindset strategies and stress reduction. Our team didn’t like the “woo-woo” side of mindfulness work, but even the most doubtful participants came away raving about the positive impact. I would instantly hire Jeremy again.

Ways to work together

Start with the moment. Choose the right amount of time.

01

Team Workshop

A focused half- or full-day experience for a team at a specific juncture—forming new bonds after a reorganization, preparing for a demanding stretch, or resetting patterns that no longer serve the work. Available in person or remotely.

02

Team Offsite

A purposeful human arc for a one- or two-day gathering. I can guide connection, reflection, and application across the experience while your own experts lead internal working sessions.

03

The 90-Day Practice

Six to eight sessions over a quarter give a team more opportunities to revisit useful teaching, practice together, and adapt what belongs in day-to-day work. The exact sequence is shaped after discovery.

How an engagement takes shape

What 13 years of teaching has taught me about how people learn and connect.

1

Discover the moment.

Facilitation starts long before the room does. Every team carries something. I begin with genuine discovery: who the group is, what is changing, and how they need to perform. We define the desired human outcome, then build backward—choosing the format, teaching, and practices that will best serve this team.

2

Design the arc.

People don’t change when they’re told to; they change when they feel safe enough to. That’s why connection isn’t just a warm-up. It’s the precondition that allows any return on the rest. Psychological safety enhances the ability to learn, connect, and grow, whether it’s mindfulness, resilience, leadership, or your company’s core values.

3

Facilitate the experience.

The work is experiential because you don’t learn by taking notes. You learn by doing it. People engage in useful teaching, try practices, notice what helps, and reflect together. The shift happens when people practice the new thing in a room safe enough to be bad at it first. The reps change behavior.

4

Consistency Compounds.

One session can move a team, and sometimes that’s the right call. But AI disruption and navigating change in today’s environment are not one-off events but ongoing cycles, and they can be radically different one day to the next. Think of these engagements not as a single fix, but as periodic reinforcement.

The person holding the room

13 years of teaching.
20 years of yoga and meditation practice.

That foundation informs how I pace a room, read its energy, make space for participant choice, and move between gravitas and levity. Movement and meditation are available tools; the focus of each engagement follows the team’s context.

This is nonclinical facilitation and education—not therapy, mental-health treatment, or conflict resolution. A single session can offer a meaningful shared experience. Continuing together creates more opportunities to practice.
